Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of
butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of garlic
powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning
salt
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire
sauce
- 6 pounds whole Dungeness
crab
Preparation:
- Preferably, this recipe should
be cooked outdoors using a grill. Preheat it to medium heat and put some oil on the
grate.
- Then you have to melt the
butter. Just use medium heat and use a medium sized saucepan. After it melts, quickly add
the garlic powder, seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce. Do not let the butter
burn.
- As for the crabs, remove the
legs from the crab bodies. Then you pull apart the shells and remove the
meat.
- Using aluminum foil, wrap the
crab meat and legs. You do not have to tightly wrap it. And then you just place it on the
grill.
- Carefully make a small opening
on top and pour the butter mixture onto the crab meat and
legs.
- Let it cook until it becomes
pink and flaky. This will take around 15 to 20
minutes.
This recipe is perfect for outdoor picnics and you can
easily adjust the ingredients depending on your
preference.
