Ingredients:
- 2 packages or 8 ounces of
softened cream cheese
- 1 pound of cooked
crabmeat
- 1/2 cup of creamy salad
dressing such as Miracle Whip
- 1 jar or 12 ounce of cocktail
sauce
Preparation:
- Cook the crabs in boiling
water.
- Add salt, pepper, and seasoning
to taste.
- Let the crabs cool for around
10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove the legs and break the
shell to remove the meat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine
together cream cheese, crabmeat and the creamy salad dressing. Mix until the crabmeat has
been evenly coated and spread.
- Let it chill in the
refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- When served, pour the cocktail
sauce on top before serving.
