Ingredients:
- 1 pound crab
meat
- 1/2 cup
mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon
juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay
Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon
salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry
mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup fresh bread
crumbs
- 1 teaspoon
paprika
- 3 tablespoons
butter
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F or 200
degrees C.
- Mix altogether the crab meat, dry mustard,
mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, cayenne pepper, and the beaten
egg. Use a medium sized bowl. Make sure to blend all the ingredients
together.
- Using an 8” pie dish, spread the mixture
evenly. And on top, sprinkle some bread crumbs just enough to cover the entire
dish.
- Then also add some paprika on the
top.
- Add some butter on the
dish.
- Then let it bake in the pre heated oven for
about 20 minutes.
This is a dish ideal for much seafood. You can add some
scallops and shrimp to jazz it up a bit.
