Ingredients:
- A large dollop
of butter
- 2 large spoons of
flour
- 250 millilitres
of milk
- Salt &
Pepper
- Dollop of dry
Coleman's mustard
- Splash of white
vinegar
- Splash of Worcestershire
sauce and even a little Tabasco sauce
- Dollop of low
fat mayonnaise
- Torn bread
- 3 crabs worth of
meat
Preparation:
Melt butter in a pan and add in flour. Add the milk, salt,
mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and simmer until the mixture has thickened. Leave this to cool and
add the low fat mayonnaise to the sauce. Moisten crumbs with milk and add crab with the sauce mixture. Spoon
this mixture into ramekin's and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a high temperature. This will serve 9-10
people.
