Ingredients:
- 1 pound of Snow Crab clusters
(thaw if necessary)
- 1/4 cup of
butter
- 1 clove of minced
garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried
parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon of
salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground
black pepper
Preparation:
- Make sure the crabs are washed
properly.
- Carefully make a slit into the
shell of each crab. Make the slit
length-wise.
- Place the butter in a large
skillet using medium heat. When it is fully melted, cook the garlic in it until the
garlic becomes translucent.
- Add the parsley, salt, and
pepper in it. Stir continuously until it
bubbles.
- Then add in the crab legs. Coat
them evenly by tossing. Then leave it for 5 to 6 minutes until it
simmers.
This recipe is perfect for an exotic
dinner rather than just having the crabs steamed or boiled. This recipe will also do well for
shrimp. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and 15 to cook. In 20 minutes, you have a tasty
dish. This is only good for 2
servings.
