Crab Meat Saute

Ingredients:

  • Good Dollop of butter 
  • A whole clove garlic, finely diced 
  • 30 grams of finely diced green onion 
  • 700 grams of fresh crab meat 
  • Chives & Parsley 
  • Lemon Juice 
  • 24 toast points 

Preparation:

Add the butter into a large frying pan along with the diced garlic and onions for approximately 4-5 minutes. Add the crab meat until it is heated all the way through. Once this is done, throw in chives, parsley and any other herbs that you would prefer. Finally add in the lemon juice and put the mixture into toast points and serve over rice. This recipe will serve approximately 12 people.
