Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic,
minced
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream
cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat,
drained and flaked
- 2 green onions with tops,
thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy
sauce
- 48 wonton
wrappers
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
F or 220 degrees C.
- Take out the baking sheet and
lightly add some cooking spray.
- In a different container, mix
altogether the garlic, cream cheese, crab, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and soy
sauce.
- You should only prepare 1 to 2
rangoons at a time, so that the wonton skins will not dry. Then you place 1 teaspoon of
the mixture which is now the filling at the center of each wonton
skin.
- Seal the edges diagonally using
some moisture. Press lightly and put some moisture on one of the bottom
corners.
- You can make the crown
formation by having both bottom corners sealed together.
- Place them on the baking sheet
and add a bit of cooking spray.
- Place it in the oven for 12 to
15 minutes.
This is perfect for a light
dinner with an Asian touch.
