Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh
mushrooms
- 7 ounces crab
meat
- 5 green onions, thinly
sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried
thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried
oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground
savory
- ground black pepper to
taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
cheese
- 1/3 cup
mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon
paprika
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175
degrees C.
- Mix altogether the crab meat, green onions,
herbs, and pepper. Use a medium sized bowl. After blending completely, add in the mayonnaise and the 1/4
cup Parmesan cheese. Continue mixing until well combined.
- Keep in the refrigerator. This now becomes the
filling ready to be used.
- Next, make sure the mushrooms are clean by
wiping them with a moistened towel. Don’t forget to remove the stems.
- Take out the gills to make cup
formations.
- Throw away the gills and stems. And fill in the
mushrooms with the filling from the refrigerator.
- Place them in a baking dish that is not
deep.
- Add some Parmesan and paprika on
top.
- Place in the oven for 15
minutes.
This is dish perfect as an appetizer and is easy to
prepare.
