Crab Legs How To Cook

 

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms 
  • 7 ounces crab meat 
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground savory 
  • ground black pepper to taste 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika 

  

Preparation:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.  
  2. Mix altogether the crab meat, green onions, herbs, and pepper. Use a medium sized bowl. After blending completely, add in the mayonnaise and the 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Continue mixing until well combined.   
  3. Keep in the refrigerator. This now becomes the filling ready to be used.  
  4. Next, make sure the mushrooms are clean by wiping them with a moistened towel. Don’t forget to remove the stems.   
  5. Take out the gills to make cup formations.  
  6. Throw away the gills and stems. And fill in the mushrooms with the filling from the refrigerator.  
  7. Place them in a baking dish that is not deep.  
  8. Add some Parmesan and paprika on top.   
  9. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.   

This is dish perfect as an appetizer and is easy to prepare.
