Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of fresh crab
meat
- 1/2 pound of cooked salad
shrimp
- 1 can or 10.75 ounces of
condensed cream shrimp soup
- 1 cup of
mayonnaise
- 1 cup of
milk
- 1 package or 8 ounces of angel
hair pasta
- 8 ounces of sharp Cheddar
cheese, shredded
- 1 can or 6 ounces of
French-fried onions
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
F or 175 degrees C.
- Mix altogether in bowl that
would be large enough for the soup, milk, and mayonnaise. Stir continuously until
smooth.
- Add and stir in the uncooked
noodles, crab meat, and shrimp.
- Place the mixture using a spoon
into a 9x12 inch baking dish. The dish should not be greased.
- Place some of the shredded
cheese on top.
- And now place it in the oven to
be baked for 35 minutes. Keep it covered.
- Take off the cover and add some
onion rings on the top.
- Then return it to the oven and
bake it for 10 more minutes.
This seafood pasta dish would perfectly go along well with vegetable salads
and a bit of white wine. It is creamy and tasty. Over all, this recipe is for 6
servings.
