Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons
butter
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh
mushrooms
- 4 eggs,
separated
- 2 tablespoons
milk
- 1 cup cooked crab
meat
- 1 cup shredded Swiss
cheese
Preparation:
- Using a large non-stick
skillet, place the butter in a medium-high heat.
- Add in the mushrooms and stir.
Continue to cook until it becomes tender. This should take around 5
minutes.
- Next, transfer the fried
mushrooms onto a plate. And set the skillet
aside.
- Then beat the egg yolks and the
milk. Continue until it is fully blended.
- In a different bowl, beat the
egg whites. Use a dry beater and continue until the peaks
form.
- Add the yolk mixture into
whites. Fold them in.
- Place the skillet back to
medium-high heat. When butter starts to sizzle, add the entire egg
mixture.
- Add mushrooms and crab meat on
the top. Make you sure you cover it evenly. Let it cook for around 3
minutes.
- Then add some Swiss
cheese.
- Carefully fold the omelet over
making it a semicircle.
- Let it cook and cover it for 3
minutes
This makes a delicious and
hearty breakfast.
