Ingredients:
- Old Bay Seasoning to
taste
- 5 pounds of peeled and largely
diced potatoes
- 3 packages of cooked kielbasa
sausage or 16 ounces (cut into 1 inch
pieces)
- 8 ears fresh corn with husks
and silks removed
- 5 pounds whole crab that have
already been broken into pieces
- 4 pounds of peeled and
de-veined fresh shrimp
- newspapers
- beer
Preparation:
- Using an outdoor cooker,
heat up a large pot of water. If you prefer indoor
cooking, use only medium high heat for your
cooker.
- Add Old Bay Seasoning depending
on your preference of taste.
- Wait for the water to
boil.
- Add the potatoes and sausages
and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add the corn and crab and
let it cook for 5 minutes.
- You can now add the shrimp and
let it stand for another 3
minutes.
- And lastly, drain the water and
set the cooked food on top of a
newspaper.
This recipe goes perfectly
along with beer. It’s also an easy recipe for an outdoor
picnic.
