Seafood Linguine

 Ingredients:

  • 250 millilitres of low fat cooking oil 
  • 250 grams of butter 
  • 2 large onions chopped 
  • 13 garlic cloves finely diced 
  • Herbs; Rosemary and Oregano
  • 300 grams of tomatoes finely chopped 
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 250 millilitres of dry white wine 
  • Use any type of crab, even imitation crab if that's all you have access to. If you want you can also use a combination of shrimp, lobster and scallops with your crab. 

Preparation:

Heat butter or oil and sauté onions and garlic until a light brown, add wine and simmer until it has evaporated. Further reduce the heat, add tomato's, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Add whatever seafood you want in any combination you want and finally add to cooked linguine. This dish shall serve 2 people.
