Ingredients:
- White
Bread
- Mayonnaise
- 2 eggs,
beaten
- 3oo grams
of milk
- Splash of hot
sauce
- Salt and
pepper
- Flour
- Thinly sliced
Red onions
- Chopped
lettuce
Preparation:
Spoon on mayonnaise to some bread slices.
Take your crab meat and soak in a mixture of beaten eggs, milk and preferably a hot sauce
with salt and pepper to taste.
After this, soak
them in flour mixture as well as cracker meal. Deep fry the resulting crab in oil until they have
turned golden brown. Serve the resulting crab on bread along with red onions and ice berg
lettuce.
