Ingredients:
- 60
mushrooms
- 1 kilogram of
crab meat
- Diced
parsley
- 10 grams
of dry Coleman's mustard
- 300 grams of
low fat mayonnaise
Preparation:
As always, wash your mushrooms well then
remove the stems. Mix together the crab, parsley and pimiento.
Also mix mayonnaise and the dry mustard and
toss into the crab mixture.
Finally, add all this to the caps of
the mushrooms and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until hot.
